We, the sisters of Corazones Unidos Siempre, Chi Upsilon Sigma, National Latin Sorority,
Inc. take pride in our organization. This section of the website is for sisters to express their love for CUS. These are testimonials from women who truly
believe in our founder's vision -- and are dedicated to empowering women of all ethnicities.
Why were you interested in joining a Sorority?
I wanted to belong to something that portrayed women in a positive and powerful
light. I also wanted it to be something that continued beyond just my college
years.

Why Chi Upsilon Sigma?
I chose Chi Upsilon Sigma because all the ideals of Chi Upsilon are my own. I
was drawn to the motto "wisdom through education". It can be interpreted
at so many levels, but for myself it was two things. One, a wise person has the
ability to educate themselves on things around them (history, people, etc). Second,
Education is a vital tool for a wise person to make changes. Furthermore, meeting
the women of CUS and seeing their strength among leadership positions held at
Seton Hall University and their leadership in the business field.

Share a favorite CUS memory
I have many favorite CUS memories. When I think of my CUS memories a
common theme is the selflessness of my sisters. I can never remember
a time when a sister has put herself ahead of someone else. My sisters
are always helpful, caring, and cooperative which makes for great memories.
