Chi Upsilon Sigma National Latin Sorority, Inc. is structured with a Board of Trustees that creates the strategic direction in which the Grand Chapter Board (Executive Board & Regional Vice Presidents) follow to run the operations nationally. Each Regional Board is responsible for the day-to-day responsibilities required to manage the chapters in each region.
